BorderLight Theatre Festival is seeking a highly organized and motivated theatre professional to produce the annual BorderLight Fringe Festival. The Producer serves as the primary contact for participating artists and coordinates festival logistics from planning through completion, working closely with staff, contractors, and community partners.

• Compensation: $24,000–$26,000, paid in equal monthly installments.
• Schedule: Approximately 1,200-1,300 hours annually, with substantial variation and flexible scheduling.
• Work Mode: Primarily remote with flexible hours; fully onsite during festival week.
• Location: Candidates must reside in the Greater Cleveland area. While much of the work. Familiarity with the local theatre community is an asset can be performed remotely, this position requires regular in-person availability in Cleveland.
• Anticipated Start Date: Early November 2026, with some flexibility. The incoming Producer will receive transitional support from the outgoing Producer.
