The 2026 BorderLight Theatre Festival brought artists and audiences together for four days of bold performances, unexpected experiences, and community connection throughout Cleveland’s Playhouse Square District. From local artists to national and international performers, the festival filled stages and public spaces with theatre, dance, music, and immersive work.

This year also introduced the International Plaza, celebrating six cultural communities through performance, food, and connection, alongside memorable experiences like Line Dance Is My Therapy.
